Catalyst Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Urology Specialist to enhance our service delivery and foster a culture of clinical excellence.

This role encompasses a broad service area, where our Urology Specialist will uphold patient-centered care and maintain high service standards. There is also a potential pathway for future partnership or equity participation within the organization.

  • Our Urology Specialists are supported by proficient staff who assist in entering clinical data into the EMR, significantly improving clinical care and reducing physician workload.
  • Access to a fully equipped Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and hospital operating room featuring a DaVinci Robot for surgical procedures.
  • Utilization of an in-office procedure room for suitable urological interventions.
  • Comprehensive support from on-site laboratory and radiology departments.
In this position, you will deliver exceptional patient care while collaborating with management, healthcare providers, and staff to promote clinical excellence, superior customer service, robust financial performance, and innovative care strategies.
