Job Description
As a Production Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving productivity and quality across our manufacturing plant. This position involves leading a team of chemical operators, enforcing safety regulations, and communicating with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chemical operators in the operation of manufacturing process equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Evonik EHSQ policies and enforce safety regulations.
  • Communicate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive productivity and quality improvements.

About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in plant or manufacturing operations. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to lead a high-performing team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments. Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of process equipment are also essential for this role.
