We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to oversee the development and execution of a unified CRM strategy for our entire dental category, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across Aspen Dental and ClearChoice.

About This Role

This executive position is pivotal in shaping and executing a CRM vision that enhances customer experiences, optimizes retention, and accelerates business growth. You will lead a high-performing team, leveraging data to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive new patient appointments, treatment plan acceptance, and overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligning with business objectives and marketing strategies of both brands.
  • Develop and manage CRM strategies that align with brand and marketing strategy, orchestrating right messages at right time to right audience.
  • Design and refine customer journey maps for both brands, ensuring every touchpoint is strategically crafted to maximize customer acquisition, experience, and lifetime value.
  • Develop and execute a rigorous testing agenda to optimize content and channel performance, leveraging iterative testing, data analysis, and continuous learning.
About You

You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with 15+ years of progressive experience in CRM marketing, including cross-channel contact strategy, customer segmentation, direct marketing campaign development, and execution. Your broad knowledge of CRM tools includes marketing automation platforms and relational databases like Salesforce, Segment, and Snowflake.

What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of $220,000 - $320,000 per year, plus a bonus opportunity. You will be part of a dynamic organization committed to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.
