Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual to work with children aged 2-5 years old. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a safe and nurturing learning environment. This role involves working closely with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and attractive classroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child
- Provide guidance and support to children as they learn and grow
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the classroom
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with parents and keep them informed of their child's progress

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children aged 2-5 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

What We Offer
