We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Charlotte, with an estimated salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least five years of construction supervisory experience in commercial construction, with project values up to $50 million+. They will be responsible for preparing and communicating project schedules, coordinating daily activities for subcontractors, and managing construction budgets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and communicating project schedule to plan upcoming activities and stay on target.
  • Coordinating the daily activities for all subcontractors at any stage of construction.
  • Managing construction budgets set by the Project Manager, tracking construction costs, and submitting all invoices to Accounting in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of daily log reports for the site conditions, manpower, and activities in sufficient detail.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of associated trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, finish trades, layout, etc., and the ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years construction supervisory experience in commercial construction.
  • Project values up to $50 million+ are desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of associated trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, finish trades, layout, etc.
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications.
