Fundraising Operations Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Development Associate to join our team at the Jewish Federation in the Heart of New Jersey. This role will involve supporting our Financial Resource Development (FRD) department in achieving its goals, while also promoting the mission of the Federation through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and management of marketing materials
- Coordinate events and programs to support FRD priorities
- Assist with donor acknowledgement and recognition efforts
- Promote the mission of the Federation through superior customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum one to three years of fundraising, volunteer management or related professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Work Environment:
Federation employees work in the office based at the Jewish Federation in the Heart of New Jersey on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Remote work is an option on Mondays & Fridays.
Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $80,000 per year
