Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient operations.

- Develop presentations that effectively convey information.
- Coordinate internal meetings and corporate events to foster collaboration.
- Manage budgets using tracking tools and planning software.
- Screen and manage phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Aid in special projects and inquiries from the CEO.
- Maintain digital and physical files for the office.
- Support various reporting tasks to assist in decision-making.
- Keep the CEO's contact lists and calendar current.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Up to three years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
