Job Title: ITD Procurement Specialist

This is a non-technical position that processes all information-technology-related purchases for the Supreme Court and the Administrative Office of the Courts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate procurement-related, financial, contractual, budgetary, and administrative functions within the Information Technology Division.
  • Provide accurate record-keeping and tracking of hardware assets, software, and license inventories.
  • Track technology-related contractors' details.
  • Assist in establishing policies and procedures related to contracts administration, asset management, and procurement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in the computer industry or a related field.
  • Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software, and related equipment.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, including standard file and folder naming conventions, assigning metadata, and permissions.
  • Strong bookkeeping knowledge, excellent time management skills, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an Information Systems environment.
