Hallmark University seeks an experienced nursing faculty member to lead our student success program.

About the Role

This critical position fosters a culture of caring and promotes a positive learning experience for all nursing students. As the Director of Student Success, you will be the primary resource provider to ensure student ability to succeed in nursing school and obtain respective licensure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department chairs to assess academic results and recommend strategies to improve outcomes.
  • IDentify at-risk students and work closely with course, clinical faculty, and associate dean to develop corrective action plans.
  • Serve as an active member of the leadership team, coaching students on time management, study skills, and test-taking strategies.
  • Meet regularly with students to monitor progress and implement improvement strategies.
  • Develop and present success strategies to students and groups within the School of Nursing and Hallmark.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • An MSN degree or higher in nursing or education required; Doctorate preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of RN experience and 3 years of higher education teaching experience.
  • Experience assessing student learning outcomes and developing remediation strategies.
  • Unencumbered Texas nursing license required.
