Job Summary

As a Door to Door Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by providing personalized solutions to our valued customers. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customized Solutions: Develop and deliver tailored telecom packages that meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring they receive the best possible solution.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom products and services, including mobile and fixed-line offerings, and be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches that showcase the value and benefits of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers, ensuring they are satisfied with their purchase and have a positive experience with our company.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, discuss sales strategies, and work together to achieve team and individual sales targets.
  • Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating a strong commitment to personal and team success.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices, ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of previous door-to-door selling experience, effective communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in computer and technical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Sales-centric mindset, extensive product knowledge, digital proficiency, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
