The position will collaborate with sales, quality assurance, procurement, production, and management to translate customer and material specifications into a manufacturing process that can be adhered to both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the planning and organization of manufacturing tasks in alignment with the financial objectives

- Maintain and regulate sufficient inventory levels to meet demand forecasts

- Evaluate demand trends to formulate work order release strategies consistent with financial goals

- Administer planning parameters and data within the ERP system to ensure precision

- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including production, warehousing, and logistics to guarantee seamless material movement

- Perform regular inventory assessments and implement corrective measures to uphold accurate inventory documentation

- Investigate and address any disruptions in material flow

- Act as the representative of the customer with a focus on on-time delivery and shortage management

- Partner with quality assurance and engineering teams to review BOM accuracy, update routers, and handle material rejections to expedite processing and release

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 1 year of experience in material planning

- Proven experience with MRP, ERP systems, and work order management

- Knowledge of demand forecasting methodologies
