About the Role:

We are seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team at Alliance Beverage Distributing LLC. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for stocking, rotating, and facing merchandise at assigned accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stocking and Merchandising: Stock, rotate, and face merchandise at assigned accounts to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
  • Inventory Management: Consolidate and organize products in backstock areas to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Display Creation: Work with Sales Representatives to build displays and create visually appealing store layouts.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers and other employees to ensure proper levels of product and prevent stock outs.
  • Lifting and Mobility: Repeatedly bend to lift product, including cases weighing up to 50lbs, and move merchandise throughout the store.

Requirements:

  • Stable Work History: A proven track record of reliability is essential for this role.
  • Self-Directed: Merchandisers work independently, so self-motivation and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are required for success in this role.
