About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time Merchandiser to join our team at Alliance Beverage Distributing LLC. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for stocking, rotating, and facing merchandise at assigned accounts. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently and have excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stocking and Merchandising: Stock, rotate, and face merchandise at assigned accounts to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.
  • Inventory Management: Consolidate and organize products in backstock areas to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Display Creation: Work with Sales Representatives to build displays and create visually appealing store layouts.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers and other employees to ensure proper levels of product and prevent stock outs.
  • Lifting and Mobility: Repeatedly bend to lift product, including cases weighing up to 50lbs, and move merchandise throughout the store.

  • Self-Directed: This role requires individuals who can work independently and manage their time effectively.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
