About Our Team:

We are a dynamic team at Specialized Recruiting Group looking for a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in Industry, CA. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and conducting audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in budget and forecasting activities.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree-Accounting, Finance, or a related field a plus.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (v-look ups/Pivot tables).
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary: $24-$27 per hour (DOE)
