POSITION SUMMARY:
The Hotel Housekeeping Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring a pristine and welcoming atmosphere for guests at Colusa Casino Resort. This position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Welcome guests and respond to their inquiries while respecting their privacy.
- Execute cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, and wall washing.
- Sanitize bathrooms, restock amenities, and arrange furnishings according to established hotel guidelines.
- Report lost items, damages, and any suspicious activities to management.
- Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Assist with laundry and other tasks as required.
- Present a tidy appearance and adhere to the uniform policy.
- Exhibit the physical stamina necessary to perform demanding tasks.
