  • Project Oversight:
    • Accountable for the budget, timeline, project oversight, and technical execution of projects and their components.
    • Defines and articulates project scope, objectives, and goals.

  • Proposal Development:
    • Evaluates proposal requests, plans, outlines, and timelines for accuracy and adherence to relevant standards.
    • Drafts proposals and refines proposal documents, ensuring compliance with formatting standards and accuracy.
    • Collaborates with subject matter experts, management, and stakeholders to gather essential information for proposal creation.
    • Translates intricate technical specifications into clear business language.
    • Gathers feedback on proposals and implements enhancements in writing and communication.
    • Organizes and archives proposals and related documents.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management, project control, or proposal writing.
  • Exceptional client-facing and internal communication abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Experience with resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and client invoicing processes.
  • Experience in government contracting is preferred.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
  • DOE Q-Clearance is advantageous.
