Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical support services to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior therapy assessments, creating individual behavior support/enrichment plans, and promoting skills for healthy relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavior therapy/advanced behavior analysis (ABA) services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with individuals and their support networks to develop effective strategies to promote skills for healthy relationships.
  • Complete and use assessment results, data, and input from individuals and their support networks to develop behavior support/enrichment programs.
  • Present plans and obtain approval from required committees.
  • Obtain approvals and documentation for plan implementation.
  • Review plan progress and share updates with individuals and their support networks.
  • Facilitate social development groups.
  • Promote individual rights and rights knowledge.
  • Provide billable services in accordance with DHS standards and meet billing targets for position.
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification.
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced behavior therapy experience.
  • Advanced education beyond requirements for credentials.
  • 1-year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
