Paraprofessional with CNA Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paraprofessional with CNA certification to join our team at The Menta Education Group. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and therapeutic needs of our students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide CNA support to students with special needs, including medical assistance and behavioral management.
- Work collaboratively with classroom instructors and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment, including supervising students and responding to emergencies.
- Implement and maintain behavioral program policies and data, working closely with the school's behavioral team.
- Provide general supervision of students, including monitoring their behavior and providing interventions as needed.
- Certified CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification.
- Ability to work with high-risk special needs students.
- Security or Juvenile Justice background is highly desirable.
- Good driving record and willingness to drive student van (if applicable).
- Ability to operate tactfully under stress and flexibility to change in routines.
