Behavioral Therapist Opportunity

Aspire of Illinois is seeking a dedicated and skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing clinical support services to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavior therapy and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with individuals and their support networks to develop effective strategies to promote skills for healthy relationships.
  • Conduct assessments, develop behavior support/enrichment programs, and present plans for approval.
  • Review plan progress, provide updates, and facilitate social development groups.
  • Provide training to team members and support persons on plan implementation, crisis intervention, and related topics.
  • Monitor and maintain clinical documentation, including data collection, treatment plans, and billing information.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, or a related field.
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
