Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to supporting a National Security client in the execution of IT project management initiatives, projects, and objectives that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
The selected candidate will engage as part of the program management office (PMO) team to oversee and improve business processes, facilitate meetings, create client communications and reports, develop timelines to ensure projects are completed punctually, identify and communicate risks and issues, implement agile framework principles, and provide solutions to intricate program management challenges.
Collaboration across various stakeholder groups will be essential to gather information, ensure timely task completion, proactively highlight risks and issues, and deliver reports to senior executives.
Qualifications Required:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance
Bachelor's Degree
THREE (3) or more years of experience in supporting technology projects
Preferred Qualifications:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance
Preferred certifications: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Desired Knowledge:
Expertise in Change Management, IT Program Management, Business Strategy, and Transformation
Exceptional analytical capabilities
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in various project environments
Experience briefing senior-level government stakeholders
Ability to gather or create requirements and metrics to address client inquiries and needs
Proficient in delivering written and verbal presentations in a clear and concise manner, addressing questions and feedback professionally
Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, work independently, and drive issues to resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00.
