Job Description

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily activities, including answering phone calls, running a computer scale to weigh trucks, checking grain moisture, testing weight and foreign material of grain, retaining samples for grain inspection, balancing daily cash, recording payments received on account into the computer, receiving and distributing invoices for authorization, and matching shipping documents with invoices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
  • Willingness to learn internal computer systems and technology
  • High school diploma; Associates or advanced degree preferred
  • 2 years or more of experience is preferred
