Job Title: Medical Research Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Medical Research Coordinator, you will assist our research team with administrative tasks, data collection, and study coordination. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting home and office visits for study data collection, managing study appointments, maintaining confidentiality of records, and accurately documenting study data and participant information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate research studies, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of data collection.
  • Conduct home and office visits for study data collection, interacting with participants and their families as needed.
  • Manage study appointments, maintain confidentiality of records, and ensure accurate documentation of study data and participant information.
  • Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement study protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Promote and support ongoing EHR activities, contributing to the advancement of environmental health studies.

Requirements:
  • Current student in public health or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience with community-based organizations is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to public health, community education, and environmental justice.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
