Job Summary:

Ortel is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company revenue through the development and implementation of sales strategies, identifying emerging markets, and achieving growth and obtaining sales targets.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive company revenue
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts
  • Achieving growth and obtaining sales targets by successfully managing existing customer accounts
  • Building and forming new partnerships with potential clients

The Sales Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing fresh sales strategies, taking initiative, and being self-disciplined with effective communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Experience with fiber optics technology
  • BS Engineering degree desired
  • Successful previous 5-7 years of experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experienced in creating and implementing fresh sales strategies
  • Initiative-taking, self-disciplined individual with effective communication skills
