The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in executing action plans to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Ensure Sales Floor Coverage

The Assistant Manager will ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed to meet customer needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Oversee Merchandise Flow

The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in overseeing the flow of merchandise into and out of the store.

Maintain Adherence to Company Policies

The Assistant Manager will ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service, sales, and visual merchandising.

Requirements
  • Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

1-3 years of retail experience required.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
