- Monitor and troubleshoot real-time alerts from MCA and customer networks, servers, and devices

- 2+ years' experience in an IT help desk or desktop support environment or equivalent education
- Prior experience with MSP preferred
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows platforms (A/D, Office 365, Azure, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
- Understanding of mail services (SMTP services, MX records)
- Experience installing and maintaining peripherals (scanners, fax machines, printers, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to quickly learn and support various business applications
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery concepts
- The ability to understand how technology impacts businesses
- A high level of flexibility and independence
- Critical thinking aptitude and troubleshooting experience

The work is primarily sedentary but requires exertion and lifting of up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Occasional crawling, kneeling, and squatting. Repetitive use of computer (keyboard/mouse), and phone. Visually inspects, prepares, and analyzes data & figures, views computer constantly.
