The Delta-T Group is seeking a dedicated Group Home Supervisor to oversee operations in a residential setting. This role involves managing a team of 9-10 staff members and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to all assigned personnel, including staff, volunteers, and interns.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels through effective scheduling and coordination of services.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment, addressing the physical, emotional, and medical needs of residents.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with management on critical decisions impacting staff and residents.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to staff development initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with client database and billing requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as report completion, data entry, and scheduling.
- Act as a liaison with families, schools, and community resources.
- Engage in marketing and public relations activities as needed.
- Assume additional responsibilities in the absence of key personnel.
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
- 3-4 years of experience in a residential or similar facility, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
