Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team at Instructional ABA Consultants. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children with Autism using principles of applied behavior analysis in a clinic, home, residential, or school setting.

This is a part-time position with opportunities for full-time work. Evening hours (3-8pm) are available based on candidate availability and client need. One weekend day is also required.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $150.00 after 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement goals and teaching plans created by the Behavior Analyst

• Collect data related to the goals and behavior plans

• File data and clinical documentation electronically within a 24-hour timeframe

• Attend mandatory trainings conducted by Instructional ABA Consultants

• Communicate proactively with Behavior Analyst and Program Manager

• Maintain confidentiality, ethical guidelines, policies, including HIPAA laws and regulations

Requirements

• Exposure to psychology, human development, or behavior analysis preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong verbal, written, and communication skills

• Strong work ethic with the ability to meet scheduling commitments

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates working toward a bachelor's or master's level program preferred

Work Status

This is a part-time position with opportunities for full-time work.

Travel

100% travel between clients' homes and required meetings.

Must have a valid driver's license and provide proof of auto insurance.

Multiple Locations

Naperville, Wheaton, West Chicago, and surrounding suburbs.

Reporting

Reports to Behavior Analyst and Program Manager.
