Position Overview:
We are in search of a committed and highly proficient Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to enhance our esteemed legal team. This role presents a unique opportunity for a skilled attorney to significantly influence complex trust and estate litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for clients in trust and estate litigation, addressing disputes involving wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development and litigation strategies.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, estate plans, and probate applications.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients regarding trust and estate planning and administration.
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys and paralegals to ensure the delivery of superior legal services.
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations as required.
  • Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and trends in the trusts and estates sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Trust and Estate Litigation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in litigation and complex legal matters related to trusts and estates.
  • Possession of an LLM or equivalent advanced legal degree is required.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional client service abilities with a focus on relationship building.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
