Position Overview:

We are in search of a committed and highly qualified Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to enhance our esteemed legal team.

This role presents a unique chance for a skilled attorney to significantly influence complex trust and estate litigation cases.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with a vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to a varied clientele.

A minimum of three years of experience in the legal field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients in trust and estate litigation cases, addressing disputes related to wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Perform thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and devise litigation strategies.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including wills, trusts, estate plans, probate applications, and related materials.
  • Offer legal counsel and guidance to clients on trust and estate planning and administration matters.
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys and paralegals to ensure the provision of high-quality legal services.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations as required.
  • Stay informed on laws, regulations, and industry trends pertinent to trusts and estates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney.
  • Demonstrated experience in litigation and managing complex legal matters related to trusts and estates.
  • Possession of an LLM or equivalent advanced legal degree is required.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional client service skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
