Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging gymnastics programs for children aged 2-6
  • Collaborate with our Program Supervisor and Programs Development Manager to ensure program excellence
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a positive experience for all
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a gymnastics or sports setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
