Key Responsibilities- Receive, enter, and process prescriptions according to Blink Health protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Review medical documentation from healthcare providers and obtain a thorough understanding of our product for quick pharmacy assistance.
- Resolve open orders through communication with Pharmacists and the Blink Health Customer Experience team.
- Perform tasks in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to corporate policies, State, and Federal laws.
- Collaborate with the management team and pharmacists to ensure seamless operations.
- Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar industry.
- PTCB or NHA certification required or willingness to obtain certification prior to joining.
- Strong phone presence in a support/service capacity.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Full-time position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
