Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate machines to perform machining operations on aircraft engine turbine blades and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
- Perform shop math calculations and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively with teams to achieve production goals and improve operation efficiency.
- Rotate job assignments on a daily basis to gain experience and develop skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably as a machine operator or machinist.
- Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing production demands.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
