About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in helping patients understand and commit to their treatment plans. As a Treatment Coordinator Lead, you will guide them through procedures, costs, and payment options while providing a seamless and compassionate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treatment Plan Presentation: Discuss treatment options and costs clearly, ensuring patients understand their procedures and benefits.
  • Sales of Treatment Plans: Present and sell treatment plans, helping patients choose the best options for their care.
  • Financial Coordination: Provide payment options, explain financing, and assist with insurance verification.
  • Patient Scheduling: Manage treatment schedules and follow up to ensure timely appointments.
  • Customer Service: Build trust and rapport with patients, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years in dental or healthcare treatment coordination, sales, or a related role.
Skills:
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
  • Explain Treatment Plans and Financial Details Clearly: Strong analytical skills to break down complex information into easily understandable concepts.
  • Proficiency in Dental Software and Insurance Processes: Familiarity with dental software and insurance processes to efficiently manage patient records and billing.
  • Goal-Oriented with a Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Location and Compensation

We are located in Albuquerque, New Mexico – 87121. The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
