We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Integrated Water Services (IWS). This role involves overseeing construction projects, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction projects through all phases, including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout.
- Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms and plans.
- Manage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to meet job deliverables and schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience, preferably in water treatment or wastewater construction.
- Able to create and manage comprehensive project schedules using plans and input from subcontractors.
- Competitive salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus project bonuses.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, PTO, 401k, and company truck or truck allowance.
