Job Title: Mechanical Commissioning Engineer

InPwr, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a leading electrical design-build firm, we offer a unique blend of technical expertise and collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning and coordination of commissioning activities, working closely with project managers, design engineers, and construction teams.
  • Verify mechanical systems and equipment installation according to design specifications, manufacturer's recommendations, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Perform functional and performance tests on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure they operate as intended.
  • Document all aspects of the commissioning process, including test procedures, test results, and equipment specifications.
  • Provide training to operations and maintenance personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Practical experience with electrical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work directly on site and travel as required.
