Job Summary:

The Player's Club Representative is an ambassador of excellence in guest service for Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort. This highly visible position requires professionalism, positive and friendly interaction with guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and identify new guests on the casino floor for the Dreamcatcher's Club.
  • Create and maintain player accounts.
  • Issue point vouchers, adjust points, adjust Promo Play (PBT) and extend complimentary items in accordance with management's policy.
  • Acknowledge, greet and converse with guests on the casino floor.
  • Assist guests both over the phone and in person.
  • Issue player cards and reprints.
  • Promote Dreamcatcher's card usage and benefits of the Player's Club.
  • Accurately communicate all marketing activities and promotions, and amenities available to guests.
  • Assist with the resolution of guest issues.
  • Coordinate Slot and/or Table Games tournament sign-ups.
  • Sell tickets for concerts and conduct cash transactions during this process.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong guest service, public relations, conflict resolution, oral and written communication skills.

Compensation:

$16.00 to $20.80 per hour. Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am.
