We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at 295 Aurora Advanced Healthcare, Inc. as a key member of our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care, assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient needs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications, perform laboratory procedures, and initiate IV therapy as needed, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-care skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
