  • Sales Achievement: Actively seek opportunities for cross-selling and referrals to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Member Satisfaction: Proactively manage member requests and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service or retail role within the financial sector, including cash handling experience.
