Bristol Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Companion Diagnostics Program Management team.

About the Role

The Associate Director will be responsible for managing the implementation of Precision Medicine projects of medium to high complexity to support global Development Teams. This includes managing project teams and deliverables, working effectively with cross-functional representatives, and developing and coordinating resource planning across functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of Precision Medicine projects to support global Development Teams
  • Responsible for managing project teams and deliverables
  • Develop and coordinate resource planning across functions
  • Prepare and track project budgets and manage project financials
  • Identify project risks and drive for resolution of project issues
  • Prepare regular progress reports and ad hoc reports to facilitate seamless communication and transparency of project status
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of academic and/or industry experience
  • Master's Degree with 10+ years of academic and/or industry experience
  • Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in the Life Sciences with 8+ years of academic and/or industry experience
  • 4+ years of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 7 years of pharma or medical device experience, 3 years project management experience or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of global drug development medical device, and/or translational development processes
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements for companion diagnostic device development and commercialization
