**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead our Utility Scale Solar installations across the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy, particularly solar construction management, with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role. You will possess excellent technical knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead project teams to deliver Utility Scale Solar installations on schedule and under budget
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical support
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, temporary labor, and employees to ensure safe working practices and high-quality installations
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve optimal results

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years of experience in Utility Scale Solar construction management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems, construction math, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, with pre-paid hotel, flights, and per diem arrangements

**Salary Range:** $90,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus daily per diem and other benefits.
