Job Overview:
Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing financial and business-related data analysis and analytics on existing facilities within the company's Region.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with internal customers on projects and presentations, assisting with collecting and analyzing existing information and data related to real estate assets. You will also track and report capital projects, utilize MS Excel for financial analysis, MS PowerPoint for presentations, and MS Power BI for data gathering and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on projects and presentations.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting capital projects.
  • Use MS Excel for financial analysis.
  • Use MS PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Use MS Power BI for data gathering and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university for an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management, or related field of study.
  • Completed coursework in Finance or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, & Teams).
  • MS Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps, & Pages) skills are a must.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
