Position Responsibilities:


This role involves connecting clients with a wide array of banking solutions to help them achieve their financial aspirations.

Key duties include balancing service requests with sales opportunities, offering expert advice on financial products, engaging clients with insightful questions to understand their life and financial objectives, and aligning new services to meet their needs.


  • Build and strengthen client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, crafting personalized solutions.
  • Promote and fulfill banking products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans.
  • Recognize client needs for licensed sales functions and refer them to appropriate business partners.
  • Provide quotes on rates, terms, and programs for various banking solutions.
  • Manage risk effectively in all business transactions using available resources.
