Aveanna Private Duty Nurse - LVN/LPN Full Time/Part Time Days with Pediatric & Adult Patients

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children and adults in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and coordinate care plans in accordance with physician orders
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
  • Home health experience
