Dominican University's College of Health Sciences is seeking a dedicated Lecturer for the Master of Medical Science (MMS) Physician Assistant Studies (PAS) program.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as course director and instructor for PAS courses, following the BCHS/PAS faculty workload guidelines.
- Design and implement course content that aligns with the PAS curriculum's student learning outcomes, and participate in Return to Campus Days, simulation and skills activities, and Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs).
- Engage in Capstone advising and mentoring, as well as student remediation efforts.
- Participate actively in student admissions activities.
- Support ARC-PA accreditation processes and contribute to university-wide assessment initiatives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to working with diverse student and community populations, and contribute to fostering a culturally inclusive educational environment.

- Graduate of an accredited PA program with a Masters degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies.
- Current Illinois PA licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Illinois.
- Experience as a practicing PA for a minimum of 3 years.
- NCCPA certification.
