About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate in our Small Format stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome, inspired, and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests, engaging with them in a genuine and personalized way.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our products and services, helping guests find what they need and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are fully stocked and zoned for guests.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments with ease.
  • Support the execution of major transitions and ISM, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption to guests.
  • Maintain a culture of safety and compliance, identifying and correcting hazards, and adhering to all safety policies and best practices.

Requirements
