  • Comprehensive understanding of vacation ownership sales processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and motivational capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze information accurately and promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
