Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred experience of 4 years in vacation ownership sales.
- Preferred 1 year or more in a sales leadership role within vacation ownership.
- Real Estate License as mandated by state law.
- Proficient in customer service principles and MS Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to motivate and guide team members.
- Comprehensive understanding of vacation ownership sales processes.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and motivational capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze information accurately and promptly.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
