Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
  • Prioritize patient safety and quality care, adhering to AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture of wellness, patient-centered care, and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Current CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
  • At least 1 year of experience in ICU or PCU settings.
  • ACLS certification.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
