Avera Sacred Heart Hospital is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a leading health care provider, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.

About the Role

The Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing various chemical, hematologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic procedures to support the diagnosis and treatment of disease. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy.

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: $31.75 per hour
  • Full-time position with 80 hours every 2 weeks
  • Evening/Night Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday to Friday, with every 3rd weekend and holiday
  • Sign-on bonus: $10,000 with a 2-year commitment
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) available on Day 1

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician within one year of hire date
