As a Clinical Oversight Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical mental health services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting independent nursing evaluations, effectively communicating critical information, and differentiating between various conditions and symptoms.
  • Administering direct client care, which encompasses vital sign monitoring, medication administration, basic nursing and hygiene assistance, EKGs, lab specimen collection, and crisis intervention as clinically indicated.
  • Documenting and analyzing findings related to medical and medication management, alongside performing mental health and substance use assessments.

In this role, you will also:

  • Ensure quality client care through thorough assessments and supportive therapies.
  • Maintain accurate concurrent billing and medical/legal documentation in compliance with time and accuracy standards.
  • Optimize client safety and risk management by implementing safety protocols, collaborating with team members, and continuously monitoring client behaviors and mental status.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adhering to professional documentation standards.
  • Ability to analyze statistical data effectively.
  • Knowledge of managed-care principles, state regulations, best clinical practices, and leadership theories.
