We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at The Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group, LLC. As a key member of our hospitality services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office staff and provide guidance on customer service standards
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a front office or hospitality services role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred

Compensation:

The hourly range for this role is $24.00. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified.
